50.9% of respondents anticipate slight increase

14% see a drop while 19% say business will remain same
Shops say business boost coming from consumers holding cars longer
Also more knowledge about advantages of maintaining vehicles
Those predicting downturn cite economy, higher taxes, cautious spending
Says
"This year's results reflect greater optimism about business expectations than the previous year when 60 percent of respondents indicated a slight or dramatic increase was in store for 2009. While the majority of iATN members feel their business will increase in 2010, we still have shops that are struggling or do not see signs of improvement." -- Brent Black, founder, iATN
