63% of all models were up in the last week of Feb; average increase $176

Of 37% that went down in value, average decrease was $213

Premium sporty cars, compact cars were 1st segments to register price hikes

Truck segments also finishing in positive territory

Toyota prices don't seem affected by recall issues
